Rick and Morty is an American animated science fiction television sitcom that premiered on December 2, 2013, on Adult Swim. The series follows Rick, an alcoholic super-scientist, and his easily distressed, chronically underachieving grandson, Morty, on their adventures to alternate dimensions.

New seasons of ‘FLCL’ are on the way! Season 2 will arrive on Adult Swim this June followed by a third season this September. 12 episodes will continue the coming-of-age story that made the original run a cult classic and fan favorite.

There are few communities as obsessive as Adult Swim fans. The Cartoon Network nighttime programming block debuted in 2001 as a subversive spin on the animated channel’s daytime fare, and soon grew into a catch-all for bold creators.

This probably isn’t the least-entertaining “Rick and Morty” episode, but it’s the one that has been most undercut by other episodes doing its standout elements better.
